Terms of service: Prices are as marked. No adjustments on previous purchases. Terms of offer are subject to change without notice. Items returned must be unworn and used and are subject to the condition in which they are received by Daisy Maius. Daisy Maius is not liable for packages sent back that we do not receive. Returns must be received within 14 days of initial shipment date to purchaser for a refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued within 21 days of acceptance. Return shipment costs are not refundable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. At minimum, shipping costs will correspond with the largest item in order.

Due to the nature of works and products, natural variations and imperfections will exist in materials and slight differences should be expected by the purchaser of size, color, and materials. The buyer understands these variances exist at the time of purchase and Daisy Maius makes no guarantees of individual expectations.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to Terms and Conditions between you and Daisy Maius and Daisy Maius reserves the right to refuse services at any time without having to give a reason. All prices posted on the websites are subject to change without notice. The prices charged for products and services will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Shipping and taxes will be added to prices. Due to the originality of items and limited stock of items, Daisy Maius reserves the right to place orders on back-order or cancel orders if items are no longer in stock and will attempt to update in/out of stock items in a timely manner. Daisy Maius reserves the right to discontinue, update, limit all items shown on the website as well as limit the sale of any product to any person, jurisdiction, or geographic regions.

Jewelry and other products may have small pieces and materials and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all users are capable of handling such material. Jewelry is not a toy and is not intended for small children. Daisy Maius is not liable for misuse, consequential damages or adverse reactions to any product used by the buyer.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to use of Daisy Maius’s website and the purchase or use of its products or services shall first be addressed through informal negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within 21 days, the dispute shall then be submitted to mediation administered by mediation services chosen at the discretion of Daisy Maius. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, it shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered by Arbitration Service under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be held in Boca Raton Florida, Palm Beach County and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered on the award in any court having jurisdiction. If arbitration is necessary full discretion is to be exercised by both parties.
